What Shipping Methods Are Available?

Mitzen.ca ships to customers worldwide. We have partnerships with Canada Post and USPS, they provide shipping solutions suitable for most items. We may also use UPS for orders that are above standard weight.

How Long Will it Take To Get My Package?

Depending on where you live it may take anywhere from 5 to 10 days to receive your order. Contact support@mitzen.ca in the event you have not received your order.

How Do I Track My Order?

Once your order has been shipped you will be notified by email of your order status, you will also receive an item tracking number. Alternatively you can find your tracking number under the orders section in the My Account page.

How Do I Place an Order?

When you find an item you would like to purchase, you can add it to your cart by clicking the add to cart button, you can also increase the quantity you would like to purchase. Once your items are in the cart you can go to the cart page to complete the checkout. Our payment gateway PayPal has many options available for you to complete your purchase.

Do I Need an Account to Place an Order?

No, While you don’t need an account to make an order at mitzen.ca. Having an account will let you collect points to be used in future purchases. We also provide coupons and giveaways to registered customers.
